What does it mean when I see No Krew or the not eligible message?

This just means you are joining as a regular Krowd Member and not part of a KREW. KREW's are groups of members within KrowdFit usually associated with a corporation or wellness team. You can join as an individual Krowd member and participate in our weekly, monthly, and quarterly drawings.

If you are eligible to join a KREW and receive premium access through your KREW you will see a join acceptance as part of your eligibility check. If you think you should be in a KREW but are not passing eligibility, you should contact your HR representative or Wellness coordinator to make sure you access is available.
