There are a couple of things to check for if your Apple device appears to stop syncing data with KrowdFit.
First check the KrowdFit app. It needs to be installed and needs to be running or in the background to communicate with Apple Health and with the KrowdFit servers. If you are just opening it back up you may need to wait a few minutes before data is visible.
Second check that KrowdFit is listed as a source in the Apple Health app. Do this by opening Apple Health and selecting the "Sources" tab at the bottom. KrowdFit should be listed as an App on this screen.
- If KrowdFit is a source, select the app name from the list to view it's permissions. We will need permission to read the data stored in Apple Health.
- If KrowdFit is not listed as a source it could be because of a recent update or a new phone. In this case you will need to uninstall and reinstall the KrowdFit App.
